[ 03 / 19 ]   TWO PATHS // CHOOSE YOUR LANE
Two ways to launch

Done For You. Or done with you.

Same platform. Same standards. Different lanes for handoff and ownership.

Option A

Done For You

We build everything. End to end. You launch ready to acquire members on day one. Full documentation, Looms, SOPs, and a live task tracker are bundled in. Ongoing optimization handled by retainer.

Option B

Done With You

We set up the foundations: GHL account, domains, email auth, Stripe, and the branded mobile app. Your team builds courses, communities, workflows, and marketing using our spec. Documentation is an add-on.

PHASE 07 // QA + HANDOFF 10
[ 11 / 19 ]   KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER // HOW WE HAND IT OVER
Documentation is the product

If we build it, you should own it.

Three artifacts make HHHQ self-sufficient post-launch. They are the difference between "the agency built it" and "we run it."

// 01

Loom Library

12 to 15 short walkthrough videos covering every workflow we built: how to add a course, how to refund, how to read the funnel dashboard, how to add an affiliate. Searchable. Indexed. Yours forever.

~3 hrs total // VISUAL
// 02

SOPs & Admin Guide

Written playbook. Daily ops checklist, monthly review checklist, troubleshooting tree, escalation paths, vendor login matrix, webhook map. The doc your VA reads on day one and never has to call us about.

~40 pages // WRITTEN
// 03

Live Task Tracker

A live kanban board you can comment on, approve from, or request changes inside. Every task in the build lives here. Replaces email back-and-forth. Stays after launch as your ops board.

Realtime // MOCKUP NEXT →
// IMPORTANT

All three artifacts are included in Option A. For Option B, they are an add-on (priced on slide 16). If documentation matters, Option A is materially the better economic choice.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER // 3 ARTIFACTS 11
[ 12 / 19 ]   LIVE TASK TRACKER // MOCKUP // INTERACTIVE PREVIEW
What you'll see daily

Every build task. Every comment. One board.

Click into a task. Read the spec. Drop a comment. Approve a deliverable. The tracker stays live through launch and remains yours afterward as the ops board for ongoing work.

  • 4-column kanban: Backlog, In Progress, In Review, Done
  • Comment threads on every card
  • HHHQ team and build team both inside
  • Approve or request-changes inline
  • File attachments + Loom embeds
  • Stays yours post-launch

[ 13 / 19 ]   OPTIONAL ADD-ONS // PHASE 8 // ON REQUEST
08
Optional add-ons.
Items flagged in the brief as "to explore." Out of base scope. Quoted on request when HHHQ is ready.
  • Auto-captions for course videos Third-party transcription integration.
  • Course search Tagged-content discovery page across the library.
  • Gamification layer Points, badges, leaderboard. GHL workflow-driven.
  • Social media post scheduler GHL native social planner setup.
  • AI FAQ / support agent GHL Conversational AI bot, vet-niche prompt.
  • Annual pricing tier Add 3 months post-launch after retention data.
PHASE 08 // OPTIONAL // QUOTED ON REQUEST 13
[ 14 / 19 ]   DISCOVERY // QUESTIONS BEFORE WE START
Two open questions

Before we lock scope, we need answers.

Both items below could materially change scope or timeline. We'd rather flag now than discover later.

// DISCOVERY 01 // VET CE CREDIT
Do any HHHQ courses claim CE credit toward a national vet body?

RACE (US), RCVS (UK), AVA (AU), or equivalent. CE-approved content has audit, record-keeping, and provider accreditation requirements that fall outside a standard platform build. If yes, we'll scope a separate compliance track. If no, we proceed as planned.

// DISCOVERY 02 // BRANDED APP TIMING
Day-one launch with the mobile app, or web-first soft launch?

Branded App by HighLevel takes 6 to 8 weeks calendar (HL setup 2 to 4 weeks, then App Store and Play Store review 1 to 2 weeks). If you want app on day one, the clock starts on contract signing. Otherwise, web-first lets you launch in week 5 and bring the app online when it's ready.

// ANSWERS NEEDED PRE-KICKOFF 14
[ 15 / 19 ]   OPTION A // DONE FOR YOU // RECOMMENDED

OPTION A // DFY // FULL SCOPE 15
[ 16 / 19 ]   OPTION B // DONE WITH YOU // FOUNDATIONS ONLY
Option B

Done with you.

We set up the foundations. Your team builds the rest using our spec. Faster start, lower upfront, more lift on your side.

A$3,900 AUD
// One-time setup   •   50% deposit at signing
+ A$2,800 documentation add-on
// Required if you want Looms + SOPs + tracker
Foundations included
  • GHL sub-account provision (Pro plan)
  • Domain DNS + custom domain mapping
  • Email domain authentication + warmup
  • Stripe account integration + Tax + Adaptive Pricing
  • Stripe products: 2 tiers configured
  • Branded App by HL submission package
  • Brand kit upload across GHL
  • Architecture session (90 min) + tech spec
  • 5 core handoff Looms
  • 1 live training session (60 min)
// IMPORTANT

Documentation is the part that lets your team actually run the platform. If you skip the A$2,800 documentation add-on, knowledge transfer is verbal only and your team will rebuild understanding from scratch when staff turns over. Strongly recommend adding it.
